HP OfficeJet 3830 is an entry-level inkjet AIO printer that comes with a capable machine. It costs 79.99 dollars. It doesn’t support 2-sided printing, flash memory devices, Ethernet networking & some other noteworthy features. What it does is that it costs less than Canon models. Even though it belongs to an entry-level printer, it prints well. So, it can be a good alternative for low-volume printing, copying in a home-based/small office, or even student dormitory.
Talking about a business-oriented AIO printer, it is undoubtedly one of the cheapest options. It features a 35-sheet ADF but it is not auto-duplexing. Its maximum monthly duty cycle reaches 1,000 pages. Another surprise is that it is equipped with a 2.2” monochrome touch screen that comprises the entire control panel. Anyway, OfficeJet 3830 is not only easy to use but also responsive to touch input.

There are some HP mobile apps used to print from & scan to different cloud & social media.

HP rates it at 8.5 ppm for monochrome pages & 6 ppm for color pages. We know that that is not a good speed but that is not bad in its class. The more important thing is that the print quality is good enough, especially for a low-end printer.
